For an ankle that has had 2 previous sprains, this brace is great for limiting lateral movement and providing support to keep everything where it needs to be. A second one going to be purchased for the other foot for preventative safety.

I've never bought one of these before but when I tore my knee cartilage I was recommended to purchase a brace. Having read all the excellent reviews on this one, I purchased one and now I agree with all those reviewers. This has been extremely helpful in enabling me to walk, even though it was with crutches also....at first. After about 6 weeks my knee was mending and now am able to walk just with the brace, without the metal bits on each side of the brace. I've been very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone with a similar problem as mine.

I had unstable knee that pops out if I ran it the wrong way. This knee brace help keeps my knee in place. Now I can train and play competitive basketball weekly because of this wonderful product.
